At the same time, you will remain closely connected to students through the teaching of Primary Science, Math and Lower Secondary Science, allowing you to see first-hand how curriculum translates into learning outcomes. Candidates with a strong academic foundation in Chemistry or a related discipline may also have opportunities to support Upper Secondary Chemistry.

You will also work closely with our Head of Curriculum to support the development and quality assurance of our Mathematics curriculum, giving you broader exposure to curriculum design across both Mathematics and Science.

  • Develop worksheets, lesson materials, assessments, revision resources and educator guides aligned with the MOE syllabus.
  • Identify common student misconceptions and learning gaps and translate these insights into better curriculum materials and interventions.
  • Build curriculum that develops not only content mastery, but also scientific reasoning, application and answering techniques.
2. Stay Connected to the Classroom
  • Teach Primary Science, Math and Lower Secondary Science in our 1 Educator : 4 Students small-group setting.
  • Use classroom observations and student performance to understand where and why students struggle.
  • Translate these insights back into curriculum development, creating a continuous cycle of develop → teach → analyse → improve.
  • Depending on subject competency and operational requirements, opportunities may also be available to teach or support Upper Secondary Chemistry.
3. Work Across Mathematics & Science Curriculum
  • Work directly with our Head of Curriculum on curriculum projects beyond your core Science portfolio.
  • Support the development and refinement of Mathematics worksheets, assessments, answer keys and learning resources.
  • Contribute to curriculum quality assurance, question design and resource development.
  • Develop broader capabilities in curriculum design and educational content development across subjects.
4. Innovative & Data-Informed Culture

  • Use student performance data, diagnostic insights and educator feedback to inform curriculum decisions.

5. Collaborative & Supportive Team
  • Be part of a close-knit, forward-thinking Curriculum and Educator Team.
  • Collaborate regularly with the Head of Curriculum and fellow educators.
  • Receive feedback on curriculum and teaching while contributing your own observations and ideas.
  • Work cross-functionally on student support and organisational initiatives.
6. Professional Growth Opportunities
  • Develop expertise in curriculum design, assessment development, teaching and educational analytics.
  • Gain exposure to curriculum development across Primary Science, Secondary Science and Mathematics.
