Job summary

Tsao Foundation's Hua Mei Training Academy (HMTA) seeks a seasoned Curriculum Leader to spearhead the curriculum design masterplan and standardize a design model across the organisation.

You will mentor trainers, collaborate with SMEs, and drive blended learning—e-learning, classroom, and workplace training—to deliver high-quality, market-relevant curricula for nursing and clinical care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Development/Instructional Design or equivalent.
• WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP).
• 3 years of work experience in mentoring and curriculum leadership across full curriculum development cycle.
• Familiar with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and/or AIC-funded programmes is an advantage.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; understanding of local dialects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and educational technology.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead the curriculum development team across needs analysis, planning, instructional design, and methodologies.
• Formulate and promulgate frameworks to align HMTA curriculum standards with industry practices.
• Analyse, evaluate and improve the quality of learning, curriculum and designs for effectiveness and engagement.
• Adopt research-based assessments and pedagogical approaches to develop curricula and assessment programs.
• Oversee trainers and curriculum developers to align contents with the Academy’s philosophy and requirements.
• Liaise with trainers and instructors to ensure market-relevant vocational standards.
• Lead blended learning development across e-learning, classroom, and workplace training.
• Promote lifelong learning and collaboration with SMEs to tailor course objectives.
