Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum development, educational research or programme evaluation in a post-secondary applied education institution.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including data collection and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s education landscape, including ITE’s role and SkillsFuture ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience working with learning management systems, survey tools, or data visualization platforms is an advantage.

• Facilitate focus group discussions and stakeholder engagements to gather qualitative insights for curriculum improvement.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to surface insights that drive curriculum decisions, identify curriculum gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers, subject matter experts and industry partners to validate research findings and co-develop recommendations.
• Prepare clear reports, presentations and briefing papers to communicate findings to curriculum teams and institutional stakeholders.
