Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food for all customers according to service standard.
• Perform mise en place during opening and closing hours.
• Keep food prep areas clean and hygienic.
• Wash utensils and dishes and store them properly.
• Sort, store and distribute ingredients.
• Ensure quality and presentation per recipes.
• Adhere to portion controls as per chef's instructions.
• Prepare guest orders in a timely manner.
• Monitor equipment usage and maintenance to prolong lifespan.
• Wash, trim, chop and cook ingredients per menu items.
• Dispose of rubbish regularly and keep areas clean.
• Clean food prep equipment and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
