Job summary

Woh Hup Group is seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility Executive to lead CSR initiatives and support the Corporate Affairs Team on events and communications. The role involves evaluating sponsorships, coordinating fundraising with partners, and scheduling staff volunteering with NPOs.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in Marketing/Communications or related field, at least one year of experience, and a self-starting attitude to drive initiatives forward.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing/Communications, Sustainability, Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 1 year progressively responsible experience.
• Independent self-starter with drive to initiate and implement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate sponsorship proposals for management review.
• Plan and organize fundraising with stakeholders and vendors.
• Collaborate with NPOs to calendar volunteering activities for staff.
• Manage CSR marketing and communications via emails and intranet.
• Coordinate charity events and sign-ups with NPOs.
• Maintain CSR data tracking for reporting.
• Conduct annual staff surveys on CSR interests.
• Adhere to workplace safety and improve processes for efficiency.
