Job description

We are currently hiring for a 1-year contract position, with the potential for renewal and the possibility to convert to a permanent position.

In addition to the salary, this position offers various benefits, including:

Location: Lifelong Learning Institute, 11 Eunos Road 8, Singapore 408601

Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorship Development
  • Identify, acquire, and cultivate sponsorship and partnership opportunities aligned with IHRP's strategic priorities.
  • Develop compelling sponsorship proposals, partnership packages, and value propositions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sponsorship lifecycle from prospecting and negotiation to implementation and renewal.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and strategic partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate sponsors, government agencies, industry associations, and ecosystem partners.
  • Track sponsorship pipeline, revenue targets, and partner engagement outcomes.
Brand & Corporate Communications
  • Develop and implement communication strategies that strengthen IHRP's brand and thought leadership positioning.
  • Create high-quality communication materials including:
  • Media releases
  • Speeches
  • Talking points
  • Articles
  • Newsletters
  • Corporate presentations
  • Digital communications
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels.
Media & Public Relations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry publications.
  • Coordinate media interviews, press events, and media engagement activities.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare communications reports and insights.
  • Manage crisis communication support when required.
Content & Digital Engagement
  • Develop and manage content across IHRP's digital channels including website, social media, email marketing, and partner platforms.
  • Leverage digital tools, analytics, and AI-enabled content solutions to improve communication effectiveness and audience engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation strategies.
Events & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Support and manage stakeholder-facing events, forums, roundtables, conferences, and sponsorship activities.
  • Coordinate sponsor visibility and fulfilment of sponsorship entitlements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Foster engagement with the HR community and strategic partners.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
  • Track communication, sponsorship, and partnership KPIs.
  • Prepare management reports and dashboards on campaign performance, media outcomes, sponsorship revenue, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyse data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
  • Explore emerging trends in marketing, communications, AI, and partnership management.
  • Recommend innovative approaches to enhance brand awareness, partnership value, and stakeholder experience.
  • Contribute to departmental transformation and productivity initiatives.
Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in communications, sponsorship management, partnership development, marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, industry partners, or public sector stakeholders is preferred.
