Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program is recruiting for an internship role to gain hands-on experience in regulatory project management across crypto products. You will work with the Earn Regulatory team to manage timelines, BRDs, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or entry-level) in project management.
• Strong interest in crypto, DeFi, and Web3 regulation.
• Familiarity with crypto regulatory frameworks across key jurisdictions (MiCA/EU, ADGM/FSRA, UK FCA, HK SFC, PH SEC, Japan FSA).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accountability.
• Highly organized with ability to track multiple projects across time zones.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Earn Regulatory team with daily compliance project management and product operations across Simple Earn, Staking, On-Chain Yields, Loans, and related products.
• Track and manage regulatory project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies end-to-end across jurisdictions.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, compliance trackers, summaries, and status reports for regulatory requirements, product suggestions & workstreams.
• Coordinate regularly with Legal, Product, Engineering, local compliance teams, and regional leads within Binance Earn.
• Monitor regulatory developments and product configuration changes across markets, flag risks and open issues.
• Act as the DRP or POC for assigned regulatory workstreams—chasing actions and documenting decisions.
• Support regulatory reviews of product configurations by consolidating requirements from multiple teams.
• Maintain audit trails of regulatory decisions and remediation actions across jurisdictions.
• Support the Earn Growth agenda where regulatory and growth workstreams intersect.
• Assist with ad-hoc regulatory analysis, data requests, and presentation materials for stakeholders.
