Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in digital assets. You will develop data skills, analyze user behavior, and support content operations while networking with teams across the company.

Current university students or recent graduates are invited. Availability to work at least four days per week for several months is preferred, with a focus on data-driven decision making and learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program or above.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and analytics methods.
• Interest in content-driven community products and user behavior.

Responsibilities

• Daily data monitoring and reporting for dashboards; track user metrics.
• Analyze user journeys and retention to improve experience and conversions.
• Evaluate content performance and support campaigns and creator programs.
• Assist with product feature analysis and A/B testing reporting.
• Ensure data quality and collaborate with product and ops teams.
