Job summary

Binance is launching the Accelerator Program, a 3-6 month internship for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the digital assets space.

Under the Earn Regulatory team, interns will assist with regulatory project management, tracking timelines, and producing BRDs and status reports across multiple markets. This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams and opportunities to learn regulatory frameworks globally.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Strong interest in crypto, DeFi, and Web3 regulation.
• Familiarity with MiCA/EU, ADGM/FSRA, UK FCA, HK SFC, PH SEC, Japan FSA is a strong plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accountability.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin; Asia time zone (UTC+8 ±2) preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to track multiple projects across time zones.
• Experience coordinating across large cross-functional teams.
• Self-learning mindset; Own tasks end-to-end as DRP/POC.
• Willingness to adapt to fast-changing regulatory needs.
• Read Binance core values and CZ's Principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Earn Regulatory team with daily compliance project management and product operations across Simple Earn, Staking, On-Chain Yields, Loans, and related products.
• Track and manage regulatory project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies end-to-end across jurisdictions.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, compliance trackers, meeting summaries, and status reports.
• Coordinate with Legal, Product, Engineering, local compliance teams, and regional leads.
• Monitor regulatory developments and product configuration changes; flag risks proactively.
• Act as DRP/POC for assigned regulatory workstreams and follow up on deliverables.
• Support regulatory reviews of product configurations by consolidating requirements.
• Maintain records and audit trails of regulatory decisions and remediation actions.
• Support Earn Growth agenda where regulatory and growth intersect.
• Assist with ad-hoc regulatory analysis and data requests.
