Coinhako in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Accountant to maintain accurate financial records, manage crypto transactions, and support financial reporting. This role requires attention to detail and compliance with regulations in a fast-paced startup environment.

You'll handle general ledger, bank and crypto reconciliations, month-end close, and financial analyses using cloud accounting tools like Xero and MS Office. Competitive benefits and CBD location offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certifications (CPA/ACCA) are a plus
• Minimum 2–4 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in crypto/fintech
• Experience with cryptocurrency transactions and blockchain technology is highly desirable
• Proficiency with cloud accounting software (Xero) and MS Office/Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the general ledger and financial records
• Prepare payments, reconciliations, fixed assets, journals, and financial reports in cloud accounting system
• Process and verify cryptocurrency transactions and wallet reconciliations
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and month-/year-end closings
• Support internal/external audits with documentation and explanations
• Develop and implement accounting policies and improve process efficiency
• Provide financial analysis and reports for management and stakeholders
