Tokalent is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the global crypto exchange's financial operations in Singapore or Hong Kong. You will lead financial record keeping, reporting, and ensure compliance with local regulations while supporting trading platform activities.

Responsibilities include managing fiat funds, preparing audit documents, tax filing, and AML/KYC compliance. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in fiat currency finance, CPA/CFA preferred, and familiarity with trading markets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in fiat currency finance, trading industry preferred.
• Basic understanding of AML/KYC requirements and transaction regulations.
• CPA/CFA qualification preferred for advancement.

Responsabilidades

• Record and report fiat financial data to produce timely statements.
• Manage fiat funds and ensure safe storage to support trading operations.
• Prepare audit documents and assist auditors.
• Oversee payments and settlement processes for fiat currencies.
• Support tax filing, planning and reporting; ensure compliance.
• Ensure AML/KYC compliance and regulatory adherence.
