The Signature Research Programme in Emerging Infectious Diseases at Duke-NUS Medical School seeks a full-time Research Fellow to study structural changes of dengue virus inside cells. You will conduct cryoEM-based structure determinations, design and execute projects, and contribute to publications under the PI's supervision.

You will independently carry out experiments, maintain meticulous records, present findings in meetings, and mentor undergraduates and research assistants, while performing

Qualificações

• PhD with prior experience in structural biology techniques.
• Proven track record in high impact publications.
• Demonstrated capability of research independence progressively.
• Strong writing and critical thinking skills, with good communication and presentation abilities.
• Team player able to prioritise, multi-task, and collaborate in a diverse workforce.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute research projects with the PI.
• Independently conduct research including data collection, analysis and publications/grant reports.
• Maintain accurate records of methodologies, materials, data and observations.
• Perform oral presentations and engage in team meetings.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to undergraduate students and research assistants.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work.
