Job summary

UNIDIVE SUBSEA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced CROV Supervisor to lead offshore ROV operations. The role emphasizes safe, efficient execution and strict adherence to company procedures, client requirements, and industry standards.

You will supervise CROV/ROV operations, manage onboard crews, conduct pre-job planning, and ensure maintenance and documentation are kept up to date for all offshore activities.

• Liaise with clients, vessel management, project managers, and offshore personnel.
• Ensure all maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting activities are properly executed.
• Maintain operational logs, reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to ROV pilots and technicians.
• Participate in project planning, mobilization, and demobilization activities.
