Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Marine Engineering or related discipline.

Experience managing subsea vessels and offshore support vessels.
Strong knowledge of marine engineering systems, DP vessels, Class requirements, and offshore regulations.

Monitor and review planned maintenance, repairs, and defect rectification.
Plan and manage dry-dockings, vessel upgrades, and major repair projects.
Prepare and control vessel technical budgets and expenditures.
Liaise with Masters, Chief Engineers, Class, shipyards, suppliers, and service providers.
Support vessel audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Marine Engineering or a related discipline.
Sailing experience as Chief Engineer or Second Engineer preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of shore-based experience as a Technical Superintendent.
Experience managing subsea vessels, DSVs, ROV support vessels, construction support vessels, cable-lay vessels, or other offshore support vessels.
Strong knowledge of marine engineering systems, DP vessels, Class requirements, and offshore regulations.
Experience in dry-docking, technical budgeting, and contractor management.
