Job summary

You will oversee transaction monitoring, customer risk assessment, and payment review processes while partnering with senior stakeholders to balance risk and growth in a regulated landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience designing risk frameworks for payments or fintech.
• Proven ability to assess and mitigate transactional and operational risk.
• Familiar with AML, sanctions screening and regulatory controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement risk policies, workflows and procedures for payment risk.
• Build fraud and risk segmentation frameworks based on customer profiles.
• Lead investigations of high‑risk payment activities and outcomes.
• Partner with Compliance to strengthen AML and monitoring controls.
• Translate risk outcomes into scalable rules and automated decisions.
