Qualifications

• Diploma or above; qualifications in Business, Finance, Marketing or related fields are preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, market operations, payments, financial services or related industries is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer enquiries patiently and professionally.
• Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented, with good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with basic data handling skills.
• Good interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
• Strong bilingual written and spoken language proficiency to support users across Asian markets.

Responsibilities

• Support the operations of our cross-border remittance business in Asian markets, including transaction and order follow-up.
• Act as a point of contact for users in the region, responding to enquiries and operational requests in a timely manner.
• Manage company WeChat channels and customer communities, handle user enquiries and feedback, and follow up on issues through to resolution.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights, and work with the Product team to identify product and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Customer Support, Compliance, Operations and other internal teams to resolve customer and transaction-related issues.
• Support process improvements and other market and business operations activities as required.
