GOLDENRIDGE INVESTMENTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Business Controller to partner with shareholders and C‑suite, shaping strategy and ensuring robust governance across the group's units. You will lead FP&A, analytics, and systems improvements while driving cross-border tax strategy and corporate restructuring.

The role offers high impact, international exposure, and a path to senior leadership as the business scales with transformation initiatives and AI-enabled finance platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, corporate control, or business partnering in large, multinational organizations
• At least 5 years in a leadership or transformation management capacity
• Experience in cross-border operations, tax strategy, treasury, and restructuring is highly valued
• fluency in English is required; Indonesian and Mandarin are preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to shareholders, the Chief Business Controller, and C-suite executives.
• Lead advanced financial modelling, scenario analyses, and rolling forecasts with AI support.
• Oversee analytics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks with timely management reports.
• Drive finance systems deployment, automation and digital transformation of reporting cycles.
• Manage transformation projects including finance function redesign and change management.
• Develop tax-efficient structures and cross-border tax planning.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity management.
• Lead corporate restructuring, M&A, and post-merger integration activities.
• Establish internal controls, compliance and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with advisory firms and regulatory bodies for transformation and governance.
• Coach and develop finance teams to build the leadership pipeline
