To lead the Group’s financial governance and performance transformation agenda across the Group, driving stronger cash discipline, transparency, and asset efficiency in order to enhance long-term shareholder value.
The role serves as a central integrator across multiple transformation workstreams, ensuring alignment between Founders, the Governing Boards in China and Indonesia, and other operating entities, and translating strategy into disciplined execution.
Scope of Accountability
- Define and institutionalize a shareholder fund management framework (policies, processes, reporting discipline).
- Implement governance mechanisms (e.g. escrow structures, authorization controls) across entities.
- Align leadership on fund definition, allocation rules, and dividend strategies.
2. Build Integrated Performance & Reporting Discipline
- Design and roll out an integrated cash, cost, and profitability framework across operating entities.
- Standardize reporting structures and drive adoption of a consistent management information system.
- Embed KPIs into senior management and line leaders’ scorecards to reinforce accountability.
Accountable for driving and integrating the following core initiatives:
- Performance optimization (cash/cost/profit visibility and discipline).
- Asset restructuring / securitization (identification, structuring, and execution).
- Any additional transformation priorities defined by owners or Group leadership.
Ensure each workstream has:
- Defined roadmap and milestones (multi-year horizon)
- Disciplined execution and tracking
4. Drive Cross-Border Execution
- Work closely with China, Indonesia and other Geographies, leadership teams to translate frameworks into execution.
- Establish and coordinate Group and in-country capabilities (e.g. corporate controller function).
- Ensure localization without compromising core principles and consistency.
5. Enable Decision-Making & Alignment
- Provide structured analysis to support key trade-offs (e.g. control vs. profitability, short-term vs. long-term returns).
- Facilitate alignment between shareholders, Group leadership, and operating teams.
- Ensure decisions are translated into clear execution actions and follow-through.

Profile Requirements
- Strong background in finance transformation, corporate finance, or Group controlling (manufacturing environment preferred) Ideally someone who had run a P&L in a business.
- Proven track record in leading complex, multi-entity and cross-border initiatives
- Deep understanding of cash flow management, cost structures, and performance analytics
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- Strong stakeholder management with experience engaging senior leadership and owners
- High level of analytical rigor, structuring capability, and delivery discipline, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
