Job summary

GovTech seeks a seasoned LTA-PT Manager, Operational Readiness, to oversee readiness and testing for the RTS Link Woodlands North Station. You will collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, and transport operators to ensure the station opens safely and operates to standards.

Key tasks include developing connectivity frameworks, contingency plans, and leading ongoing stakeholder engagement to close gaps and assure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of transport planning and public infrastructure contexts.
• Experience in operational readiness and testing in large-scale projects.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for liaison across organisations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain the station connectivity framework.
• Develop contingency connectivity plans for service disruption scenarios.
• Lead engagement with operators and transport providers to address connectivity gaps.
• Oversee operational readiness assessment of station systems, initiatives and equipment before go-live.
• Maintain governance through readiness observations and post-incident reviews.
• Monitor connectivity patterns post-opening and identify demand changes.
