Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Deputy/Assistant Manager, Business Continuity and Preparedness to oversee emergency response and continuity planning for RTS Link Woodlands North Station. The role focuses on developing incident management frameworks and coordinating cross-border responses with Singapore and Malaysia agencies.

You will lead exercises, review after-action outcomes, and ensure plans remain current with bilateral operating requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in safety management, engineering, or related field with experience in emergency preparedness or business continuity.
• Experience in transport, infrastructure, or public safety sectors is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple agencies and document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain incident management, emergency response, and business continuity frameworks.
• Establish cross-border emergency protocols for joint response and inter-agency coordination.
• Liaise with Singapore emergency agencies (SCDF, SPF, ICA) to integrate requirements.
• Plan and conduct exercises (Tabletop, functional, drills) testing concurrent incident management.
• Perform after-action reviews to identify gaps and update plans.
