Job summary

StarHub is seeking a Dev QA Engineer to ensure the reliability and stability of CRM platforms, focusing on testing and automation processes. The ideal candidate will have 3–6+ years in QA roles, especially in CRM systems, including Whalecloud EBS and Salesforce.

The role involves close collaboration with developers and business stakeholders to establish QA best practices and support various testing cycles.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in QA / Dev‑QA roles, preferably in CRM or telco environments.
• Experience with test automation tools/frameworks.
• Strong experience in CRM systems such as Whalecloud EBS and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated and manual test cases for CRM systems.
• Validate end‑to‑end CRM flows and perform integration testing.
• Support UAT, SIT, and regression testing cycles.
