Job summary

ERP21 PTE LTD is hiring a CRM Developer to design, customize, and maintain Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 solutions. You will implement plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET, and collaborate with business users and project teams to deliver reliable CRM systems.

The role involves building external integrations via REST/SOAP, configuring security roles, and supporting deployments and post-implementation activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 development experience.
• Experience in CRM customization, configuration, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
• Knowledge of C# and .NET development.
• Experience in developing and consuming REST or SOAP web services.
• Experience with source code versioning tools such as Azure DevOps or TFS.
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft IIS administration and configuration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Azure services will be an advantage.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Willing to support implementation and maintenance projects.
