Job summary

Monee SG Private Limited, part of Sea Limited, is hiring a Risk Business Analyst to monitor credit risk metrics, analyze portfolio performance, and translate data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with Risk, Product, Business and Data teams to define metrics, improve data accuracy, and automate recurring analyses.

The role requires strong SQL/Excel skills, analytical acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; Python or data visualization knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and communicate insights.
• Good understanding of business metrics; lending/credit risk knowledge is a plus.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report key credit risk and business metrics across the portfolio.
• Analyze trends in loan performance, customer behavior, approval rates, delinquency and credit losses.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring management reports.
• Investigate unusual movements in portfolio metrics and identify potential drivers.
• Support portfolio reviews, risk strategy evaluation and business performance analysis.
• Work with Risk, Product, Business and Data teams to define metrics and improve data accuracy.
• Automate recurring analysis and reporting processes where possible.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to relevant stakeholders.
