Job summary

Singtel in Singapore seeks a Credit Management Associate Business Analyst to support the implementation of Project New Core, modernising O2C, Billing and Credit Management.

You will work with Credit Management SMEs, Business Analysts, IT teams and vendors to capture requirements, review processes, run testing, data validation and project coordination.

This role offers exposure to cross-functional work and a chance to contribute to finance transformation across Singtel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Finance Operations, Credit Management, Accounts Receivable or project support.
• Basic understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) or Finance processes.
• Experience documenting business requirements, processes or operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from Credit Management users and SMEs.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Maintain project documentation and trackers.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors on testing issues.
