Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Credit Management Business Analyst to support the New Core transformation, modernising Order-to-Cash, Billing, and Credit Management. You will collaborate with SMEs, PMs, Solution Architects, IT, vendors and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions while maintaining continuity during the programme.

You will gather requirements, validate designs, assist testing (SIT/UAT/BRT), and support business adoption, data migration, and end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Finance Operations or Credit Management.
• Experience in SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Review and validate business requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
• Analyse existing As-Is processes and define To-Be operating models.
• Identify process gaps, business risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support solution walkthroughs and business design discussions.
• Review functional specifications and validate solution design against requirements.
• Ensure Credit Management business rules are reflected in the solution.
• Participate in design reviews and sign-off activities.
• Prepare test scenarios and develop test cases.
• Coordinate issue resolution with IT and vendors.
• Support data migration activities and cutover planning.

The Credit Management Business Analyst will support the implementation of Project New Core, a strategic transformation programme to modernise and simplify Singtel Group’s Order-to-Cash (O2C), Billing, Customer Management, and Credit Management capabilities.

The incumbent will work closely with Business SMEs, Project Managers, Solution Architects, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to analyse business requirements, define future‑state processes, validate solution designs, support testing activities, and facilitate successful business adoption.

This is a project‑focused role responsible for ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into system solutions while maintaining operational continuity throughout the transformation programme.

Business Analysis & Requirements
