Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a senior professional to manage credit control and accounts receivable for Singapore and Thailand entities. You will conduct credit assessments, monitor risks, and support revenue recognition and contract reviews.

The role requires 5+ years in finance with AR management experience, proficiency in SAP/Oracle, and a CPA/ACCA or equivalent is preferred. This is an on-site position based in Bishan, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in finance/accounting; 3+ years in AR management or credit control preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit assessments and set credit limits; monitor over-due accounts and establish collection plans.
• Review credit terms and payment conditions in sales contracts to identify credit risks; liaise with Legal and Sales to ensure compliance.
• Handle revenue recognition for Singapore and Thailand entities; support audits with required documentation.
• Manage AR accounting and reconciliation for Singapore and Thailand entities; drive DSO improvements and report progress to management.
