Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years finance/accounting experience with 3+ years in accounts receivable management or credit control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; CPA/ACCA/CA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit assessments and approve new customers to establish a dynamic credit rating system.
• Monitor customer credit risks and issue alerts for over-limit and overdue accounts with collection plans.
• Review credit terms and contract clauses to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal and Sales to ensure contract compliance with credit policies and regulations.
• Accurately complete revenue recognition for Singapore and Thailand in accordance with standards.
• Prepare monthly aging reports and drive DSO targets across business units.
• Lead initiatives to automate accounts receivable processes for efficiency.
