The role emphasizes accuracy, controls, and collaboration with Sales and Legal to maintain compliant terms. The ideal candidate brings 5 years in finance/accounting with AR/billing experience, strong ERP/Excel skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 5 years in finance/accounting; 3+ years in AR or Billing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Recognition & Billing Management for Singapore and Thailand entities; verify invoice details, amounts, tax rates, and customer information.
• Accounts Receivable Management & Reconciliation; resolve disputed items and overdue aging, track collection progress, and report to management.
• Credit Limit Analysis; assist in credit assessments, monitor risks, and ensure compliance with credit policies.
• Process Optimization & System Support; lead automation initiatives and participate in ERP AR module testing/upgrades.
