Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) Singapore is seeking a Credit Administration professional to assist the Regional Head of CAD in performing credit administration functions and to prepare and update documentation for credit facilities. The role includes ensuring authenticity of security documents and encoding/activating credit limits in the banking system.

You will support APAC CAD per SLA, prepare reports, and may step up from maker to checker while providing regional support across APAC.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 5 years banking experience.
• Experience in Credit Administration function is a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Head of CAD in performing Credit Administration duties under CAD-International, Head Office.
• Prepare and update documentation relating to credit facilities and ensure accurate detailing prior to system inputs.
• Ensure the authenticity of the security documents executed by customers.
• Encode/activate/authorize credit limits and lodge credit documentation into the Bank’s system.
• Support APAC CAD as per agreed SLA in their credit control and documentation.
• Prepare, validate and circulate related reports.
• Maker role with potential to step up as checker; provide functional support to APAC region.
