Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree; preferred fields include Marketing, Advertising, Data Science, Computer Science.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL skills for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis.
• Ability to use English as a working language for cross-border business needs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and sense of ownership; eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Creator Platform Operations & Adoption and partner with Sales to drive adoption of creator features.
• Develop adoption strategies and training materials for clients (brands and agencies) based on business objectives.
• Apply basic data analysis to track monetization performance across creators and agencies and produce insights.
• Assist in cross-functional product iteration by translating operational needs into product features and data capabilities.
• Support issue diagnosis with technical teams and help drive resolutions including data discrepancies and payment-related issues.
• Explore AI and emerging technologies in operations and pilot implementations.
