Job summary

Confetti Marketing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an energetic Affiliate Intern to recruit and support affiliates and creators, helping turn activity into measurable GMV and commissions.

You will engage with Shopee and TikTok creators, develop outreach templates, and guide newcomers through onboarding, campaigns, and content requirements in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Shopee/TikTok Shop, creator content, affiliate marketing, or livestream selling.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building across platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple creators and campaigns.
• Proactive, resourceful, and quick to learn in fast-moving environments.
• Interest in short-form video, creator trends, livestreaming, e-commerce, and performance-driven content.

Responsibilities

• Source, research, and approach potential Shopee and TikTok affiliates.
• Identify creators with strong potential based on content quality, audience fit, products, and performance.
• Conduct outreach through TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, creator communities, referrals, WhatsApp, email, events, and other channels.
• Help develop outreach templates, affiliate pitch decks, onboarding guides, FAQs, and recruitment campaigns.
• Help guide newly joined affiliates through Shopee or TikTok onboarding and explain campaigns, products, commissions, content requirements.
• Encourage affiliates to publish consistently and participate in campaigns.
• Follow up with inactive or low-activity affiliates and support activation plans.
• Build positive day-to-day relationships with affiliates through WhatsApp groups, follow-ups, training, and community engagement.
• Assist affiliates in improving Shopee Video, TikTok video, and livestream performance.
• Guide creators on content best practices: hooks, demonstrations, storytelling, CTAs, product links, posting consistency, and trends.
