TikTok invites applications for a Category Creator Management - Community (E-commerce) role in Vietnam. You will lead creator growth, plan operations, and organize events to boost content output and earnings on TikTok Shop. Collaboration with brands, sellers, and internal teams is essential to drive healthy platform growth.

Fluency in English and Vietnamese, strong analytics, and people skills are key as you coordinate campaigns and manage creator budgets across online and offline initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
• 3+ years in community management or influencer management.
• Proven ability to plan and execute online and offline events.
• Prior e-commerce experience preferred.
• Experience as TikTok Shop content creator a plus.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset to track performance.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese.

Responsabilidades

• Growing and nurturing TikTok Shop creators via one-to-one and community-wide management and communication.
• Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to increase their content production, diligence, and earnings.
• Organise activities for creators to improve content quality and understanding of TikTok Shop policies online and offline.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute creator-centric campaigns to drive creator growth.
• Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators for healthy platform growth.
• Manage creator budget planning to ensure healthy ROI for the platform.
• Become familiar with internal creator management tools and e-commerce functions for creators.
• Ensure smooth delivery and communications between all creator-related stakeholders.
• Support all creator-related operational tasks when required.
