Job summary

Adcellence Services in Singapore is seeking an interior designer to translate client requirements into practical, aesthetic renovation designs for residential and commercial spaces. You will prepare proposals, space plans, and drawings, coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field, strong skills with AutoCAD and SketchUp, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Built Environment, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in residential/commercial interior design, renovation, carpentry, or fit-out projects is advantageous.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant design tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand renovation requirements, lifestyle needs, and budget.
• Prepare design proposals, mood boards, space planning layouts, and renovation concepts.
• Produce or coordinate floor plans, elevations, 3D drawings, and related drawings.
• Recommend materials, finishes, colours, and fittings based on client needs and budget.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and project proposals.
• Conduct site visits and measurements to ensure design accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor progress to ensure work complies with designs, timelines and quality standards.
• Handle client feedback, variation orders, site issues, and design changes professionally.
• Keep records of drawings, quotations, material selections, and approvals.
