Job summary

Blankzonet is seeking a Creative Designer to craft advertising and content assets for our mobile games across international markets. You will leverage AI-assisted design, visuals, animation, and motion graphics to turn concepts into finished assets for campaigns.

Collaborate with creative strategists, UA team, and HQ to adapt assets to different audiences and formats, testing and iterating to improve campaign performance.

Creative Designer (AI Art / Visual / Motion / Content)

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Designer to create advertising and content assets for our mobile games across international markets.

This role is open to candidates with strengths in AI-assisted design, visual or graphic design, game advertising, content creation, animation, motion graphics or VFX. You will work with our creative strategists and user acquisition (UA) team to turn ideas into finished creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design and Production

• Create visuals, videos or animations for mobile game campaigns, including paid advertising and organic social or brand content
• Translate creative concepts and briefs into finished assets, working with creative strategists, the UA team and HQ
• Adapt creative assets for different international audiences, platforms and formats

Creative Testing and Improvement

• Refine creative assets based on feedback, campaign performance and audience response
• Explore different visual styles, formats and approaches to improve creative quality and effectiveness

AI-Assisted Creative Workflows

• Explore and apply AI tools to support ideation, design and content production
• Contribute practical ideas to improve creative workflows and production efficiency

Requirements

• Strong visual judgement, with a good understanding of layout, composition and storytelling
• Solid design or creative production skills in at least one relevant area, such as AI-assisted design, graphic design, advertising creatives, content creation, animation, motion graphics or VFX
• Ability to understand a game’s features and target players, and communicate ideas clearly through creative work
• Ability to translate briefs into finished assets and incorporate feedback
• Interest in exploring AI tools for creative production
• A portfolio or sample work demonstrating your creative capabilities
