Job summary

Charles & Keith (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Manager to lead end-to-end fashion productions, from campaigns to pop-ups and collaborations. You will manage logistics, supplier terms, and cross-functional alignment to bring brand stories to life across channels and spaces.

The role requires 8+ years in production with 3+ years in leadership, strong contract knowledge, and mastery of production tools.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of production experience in fashion, creative agency, or brand-side roles, with 3+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience managing both digital and physical productions (shoots, pop-ups, collaborations).
  • Strong knowledge of contract coordination, supplier terms, and production legalities.
  • Network of production vendors, stylists, contractors, and freelance creatives.
  • Proficient in production and workflow tools (Airtable, Trello, Excel, StudioBinder, Planner).
  • Excellent project and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of photoshoots, videos, lookbooks and social content production
  • Manage all logistics including scheduling, casting, location scouting, crew booking, permits, travel, and call sheets
  • Liaise with internal teams (Creative, Digital, Merchandising) to align production goals with brand direction and campaign needs
  • Oversee post-production timelines, file delivery, and ensure asset quality and usage rights
  • Manage production of pop-ups stores, in-store activations, and event builds
  • Source and secure locations, vendors, permits, contractors, and temporary staffing
  • Oversee contract coordination and terms negotiation with property owners, suppliers, and event vendors
  • Collaborate with VM and Retail Ops to ensure experiential executions align with branding and operational needs
  • Oversee production logistics and asset deliverables for artist, designer, and brand collaborations
  • Manage contracts, deliverables, and rights usage with legal teams and external partners
  • Support execution of consignment projects from sample flows to partner coordination
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met, including timelines, credits, and content approvals
  • Manage full production budgets from planning to reconciliation
  • Negotiate vendor rates, coordinate contract drafting and execution, and manage service agreements
  • Track expenses, review supplier agreements, and ensure timely payments with Finance team
  • Draft, review, and manage all production-related contracts, ensuring alignment with Legal and Finance obligations
  • Serve as production point person across departments
  • Anticipate risks, resolve issues swiftly, and maintain project momentum
  • Manage multiple timelines while ensuring clarity, compliance, and on-time delivery
  • Define best practices and production processes for workflow optimization
  • Oversee post-production schedules, asset QC, and on-time handover to digital and retail channels
