Job summary

Two Sleepy Heads LLP in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Content Creator (Photography & Videography) to shoot and edit social content for multiple brands. You will manage end-to-end production from on-ground shoots to final edits, delivering strong visual storytelling.

The role is a 1-year contract with potential conversion to a full-time position based on performance. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Premiere Pro and Lightroom/Photoshop are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing with a strong portfolio or reel is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Lightroom / Photoshop.
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
• Solid understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and shooting techniques.
• A good eye for composition, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Able to work independently on shoots and manage end-to-end execution.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.
• Good communication and a collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Script content for social media, including hooks, talking points, on-screen text, and voiceover copy.
• Shoot photo and video content for Social Media platforms.
• Plan and coordinate content shoots, including shoot schedules, shot lists, and day-of logistics.
• Edit and deliver content that is platform-ready – colour graded, well-paced, and on-brand.
• Work closely with the team to stay aligned on creative direction and brand tone.
• Work from briefs provided by the team, and flag creative or logistical considerations early.
