Job summary

MILES EDUCATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Course Consultant Assistant to support students and families. You will engage with parents and learners, manage registrations, and contribute to a lively team culture at our Bugis campus.

The role requires weekend work, Mandarin communication with Chinese-speaking clients, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. We offer competitive pay, annual bonus, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

Diploma from a Polytechnic or equivalent (or higher).
Responsive, responsible, and earnest in carrying out duties.
Strong team player who can also work independently.
Good understanding of Chinese clients' needs and communication style.
Willing and able to communicate outside regular working hours when required.
Available to work on weekends.
Patient, with a genuine enjoyment of engaging with people.
Eager to learn and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with clients, agents, and internal team members.
Conduct indoor sales by introducing our courses to new and existing clients.
Manage the company's social media accounts, both independently and as part of a team.
Support marketing events and outreach activities (e.g., seminars, talks, presentations).
Handle student registrations and maintain up-to-date client records in the company's system.
