Our client, an AI-driven marketing technology company specialising in AI-powered content generation, intelligent marketing, data analytics and AI Agent solutions, is seeking an experienced Country General Manager to drive business growth, market development and strategic customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business strategy, market development and commercial performance for the assigned market.
• Take ownership of revenue growth, customer acquisition, customer success, customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop strategic enterprise accounts within the automotive, technology, digital advertising and new-media sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with automotive brands, distributors, technology platforms, advertising agencies and other business partners.
• Drive the commercial adoption of AI-powered content generation, data analytics and intelligent marketing solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a sustainable local sales and partnership ecosystem.
• Develop and execute go-to-market, enterprise sales and key account strategies.
• Gather market and customer insights and collaborate with headquarters on product localisation and optimisation.
• Coordinate internal and regional resources to support business objectives and sustainable growth.
• Provide regular business and market updates to the CEO.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in country management, commercial leadership, enterprise sales or business development.
• Strong experience in the automotive, automotive technology, digital advertising, MarTech, internet or technology sectors is advantageous.
• Candidates with experience in senior commercial positions such as Country Manager, General Manager, Sales Director or Commercial Director are welcome.
• Automotive industry experience involving vehicle sales, automotive distribution, automotive technology or related commercial operations is advantageous.
• Experience in digital advertising, technology or marketing solutions serving automotive clients will also be considered.
• Proven track record in developing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong business development, negotiation, stakeholder management and strategic planning capabilities.
• Good understanding of market development and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong English communication skills to engage regional and international stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is advantageous where required for business communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-growing and internationally expanding business environment.
