The Famous Amos Chocolate Chip Cookie Singapore PTE LTD is seeking a customer service-focused team member to greet guests, take and process orders, and promote products. You will stay knowledgeable about menu items and promotions, ensuring accurate transactions and a welcoming environment.

Join a role with rotating shifts, weekend work, and opportunities for meal allowance, incentives, and progression within the brand while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food industry is a plus.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication and people skills.
