Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed studies in counselling, psychology, or education.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

• Proficient with Google Workspace and office tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, editing, and translating counselling documents.
• Maintain counselling calendar with appointments and student meetings.
• Support intake screening scheduling.
• Prepare slides, reports, and visual materials for workshops.
• Data entry and confidential record-keeping per policies.
• Assist wellbeing programs and counselling-related events.
• Coordinate communication between counsellors, teachers, and parents.
• Learn confidentiality protocols; attend supervision meetings.
