Job summary

58 Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented estimator to prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimations, including materials and labour.

You will coordinate with internal teams and clients for tender clarifications and vendor information to ensure accurate bids. You will review quotations and illustrations for compliance, maintain component prices and catalogs, and meet with clients for clarifications when required.

Qualifications

• Prepare quantity take-off and cost estimation (materials and labour).
• Communicate and coordinate between departments and clients for tender clarifications.
• Review quotations and illustrations to ensure accurate BQ and compliance.
• Maintain and update component prices and catalogs.
• Meet clients for tender clarifications when required.
• Maintain relevant documentation in an orderly manner.
• Report non-conformance of work policy to department head.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for tender submissions.
• Coordinate with departments, clients, and vendors for clarifications and information.
• Check quotations and illustrations for accuracy and compliance before submission.
• Update price lists and component catalogs regularly.
• Attend meetings with clients to clarify tender details when needed.
• Maintain documentation in an orderly and proper manner.
• Advise management on policy non-conformances and report promptly.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
