JLL seeks a Cost Estimator for our Project & Development Services team in Singapore. You will work side-by-side with the team to move projects from tender to completion, handling cost estimation, tender preparation, and procurement coordination for interior fit-outs and refurbishments across tenants and landlords in multiple sectors.

The role requires a degree or diploma in a relevant field and 1–2 years’ QS experience in interior design, D&B or contractor firms.

Competenze

Degree or diploma in a relevant field required.
1–2 years’ experience as a QS in Interior Design, D&B or Contractor firms or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and being tech-savvy.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Mansioni

Prepare Tender pricing and cost estimations, sourcing of quotations, cost evaluation and prepare cost comparison.
Prepare high level cost estimations/pre-tender estimates in short turnaround time.
Review tender documents, specifications and drawings for take-off quantities.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, designers, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes to cost estimates.
Compile Bill of Quantities, tender documents/amendments and submit tender bids.
Negotiate price with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.
Evaluate Contract/Sub-contract works and carry out Contract Administration with clients and vendors.
Maintain cost monitoring and reporting systems and issue POs and supplier invoices.
Manage procurement via JLL's cloud-based platform for all procurement.
Research and evaluate prospective suppliers.
On-board and pre-qualify vendors to JLL standards; expand vendor pool.
Maintain positive relations for suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.
