Leading Fitting-Out Company is seeking an experienced Estimator to support growth in commercial and hospitality fitting-out projects in Singapore. The role requires a permanent resident, strong cost-estimation capabilities, and fluent English with Mandarin as a plus.

You will analyze drawings and documentation, gather cost data with project managers and subcontractors, conduct site visits, and stay current on pricing trends to maintain competitiveness.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Estimator for fitting-out projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in estimation software and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial and hospitality fitting-out projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and documentation to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather relevant cost data.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and requirements.
• Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and material costs to enhance competitiveness.
• Support the tendering process and assist in client negotiations.
• Maintain thorough records of estimates and project budgets.
