Job summary

ST Venture Employment Agency is seeking an engineering professional to support project costings for ACMV works in Singapore. You will perform site show rounds, prepare cost estimates for quotations, and monitor expenditures and forecasts.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM modelling, strong teamwork, and the ability to work independently while ensuring IMS compliance across project documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or minimum 4 years of relevant ACMV experience.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Technical knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM modelling.
• Knowledge of cost-estimating methods.
• Familiarity with IMS compliance and site documentation.
• Willingness to attend site show rounds and meetings when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site show rounds to assess and understand project requirements.
• Prepare detailed job costings and estimations for quotations and tenders.
• Analyze and monitor project cost estimates, expenditures, and forecasts for management.
• Utilize AutoCAD and BIM modeling to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Report costings and estimations to Project Manager for review and approval.
• Collaborate with office staff to keep data, records, and drawings up to IMS standards.
• Attend site meetings to support progress and compliance.
• Perform related duties to support project and office operations.
