Job summary

The role focuses on accurate receiving, storage, and inventory control across food, beverage, and operational items in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have retail Management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. A customer‑focused, detail‑oriented approach is essential, with flexibility to work opening hours and coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or related fields.
• Well experience in retail management or sales.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes.
• Proven ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies.
• Positive, friendly, and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Receive and forward all goods to the correct storage area.
• Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock.
• Monitor inventory and compile orders based on par levels.
• Maintain clear records and file invoices and reports.
• Verify goods arrived per purchase order and delivery note.
• Store food, beverage and operational stock safely.
• Ensure storage areas are clean and hygienic.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures for food & beverage.
• Assist Purchasing to order and receive items.
• Troubleshoot vendor delivery issues and supervise returns.
