Job summary

Ding sheng E&C pte ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Cost Controller to oversee project costs from planning through completion. You will prepare detailed budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial compliance across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include monitoring subcontractor costs, forecasting, and cost reporting, with a focus on identifying variances and mitigating overruns. A degree in Civil Engineering or related field plus at least 3 years' experience is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction cost control.
