Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in game production, project management, or related delivery-focused role.
• Experience driving cross-functional delivery from planning through execution for player-facing content.
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive production planning, schedules, and delivery tracking across Singapore-based development efforts for League Cosmetics.
• Coordinate work across Riot teams in Singapore and Los Angeles, plus external partners, ensuring priorities, dependencies, and delivery commitments remain aligned.
• Contribute to improving production workflows, tools, and operating cadences that increase delivery visibility, predictability, and execution quality.
• Partner with discipline leads, Product, QA, and other cross-functional collaborators to align scope, milestones, quality targets, and release readiness.
• Identify delivery risks early, facilitate mitigation plans, and adapt as priorities evolve.
• Support external partner operations, including work intake, onboarding coordination, deliverable tracking, performance reporting, and day-to-day communication across distributed development teams.
