Job summary

Riot Games Singapore Studio is seeking a Project Coordinator (Contract) to support day-to-day coordination of external production engagements. You will ensure information stays accurate, processes move forward, and nothing falls through the cracks across contracts, budgets, and actions.

You’ll work with game teams, vendors, and internal partners to maintain visibility, timelines, and spend, with a focus on structure, detail, and reliable follow-through in a Singapore-based contract role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, vendor management, production support, or a related role.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining trackers, documentation, budgets, and project information across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with contracts, purchase orders, invoices, budgets, or similar operational processes.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with game teams, vendors, and internal partners to keep contracts, financial processes, and engagements moving.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date view of outsourcing engagements across the studio, including scope, timelines, budgets, and status.
• Track outsourcing spend and ensure financial information is accurate and reconciled.
• Follow up on outstanding actions to ensure owners, deadlines, and next steps are clear and closed.
• Maintain organized documentation and provide regular reporting on outsourcing activity.
• Identify missing, inconsistent, or outdated information and drive it to resolution.
• Support game teams in consistently following Riot's outsourcing processes and requirements.

As a Project Coordinator, Games (Contract), you will support the day-to-day coordination of external production engagements across Riot Singapore Studio, ensuring information stays accurate, processes move forward, and nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll work with game teams, vendors, and internal partners to maintain clear visibility across engagements, contracts, budgets, and actions. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in structure, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.

This is a contract position based in Singapore, working closely with both global and regional Riot teams.

Desired Qualifications:

• Relevant experience working at a game developer, publisher or service provider.


• Experience coordinating outsourcing, vendors, or external partners.


• Experience supporting international or distributed teams.


• Familiarity with game development or creative production environments.
