Job summary

Riot Games Singapore is seeking an experienced Principal Game Product Manager, Cosmetics, to lead the TFT cosmetics portfolio. You will own vision, strategy, and roadmap for cosmetics, spanning existing offerings and future content, while coordinating with Riot LA and local teams.

In this individual contributor role, you will guide producers, artists, designers, analysts, and marketing partners, balancing player insights with commercial goals to shape TFT's cosmetics strategy and long-term

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in games, with a live-service cosmetics focus.
• Proven ability to own vision, strategy, roadmaps, and commercial outcomes while leading cross-functional teams.
• Deep expertise in cosmetics, monetization, and player-facing content for long-term strategy.
• Understanding cosmetics-driven free-to-play models and player motivations for engagement.
• Ability to shape decisions using player insights, data, and market trends.
• Experience partnering with artists, designers, and production to translate vision into strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for TFT cosmetics portfolio to drive engagement and revenue.
• Lead the cosmetics team by prioritizing work and aligning partners around priorities.
• Collaborate with artists to create content that resonates with players and supports product goals.
• Manage product KPIs, run analyses, and iterates through experiments and revenue models.
• Identify challenges and opportunities in cosmetics R&D, building buy-in with stakeholders.
• Develop decision frameworks and artefacts that guide downstream decisions across teams.
• Translate strategy into executable plans with roadmap sequencing and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with Marketing, IP, and other Riot orgs to ensure cohesive action.
