Job summary

Wellora PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its corporate wellness business in Singapore. You will identify opportunities, engage HR teams, tailor wellness programmes, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closed partnerships.

This hands-on role emphasizes relationship building, proactive outreach, and ownership of the pipeline across HR and senior stakeholders to drive revenue and shape Wellora's offerings.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development or a similar commercial role.
• Experience in corporate wellness, HR services, employee benefits, events, learning & development or related industries is an advantage.
• Comfortable engaging and selling to HR, People & Culture, Total Rewards and senior business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop a pipeline from scratch and convert prospects into corporate accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of corporate prospects across HR, People & Culture, Total Rewards and employee experience teams.
• Identify target companies and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals and partnerships.
• Pitch and present Wellora's corporate wellness programmes, tailoring proposals to client objectives and needs.
• Own the sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation and closing.
• Translate client briefs into engaging programme concepts with internal teams.
